Snow Day Policy & Make up Schedule

Our snow day policy coincides with what Barnstable High School decides; if Barnstable High School declares a snow day, then we do too. (Barnstable High School closure information)

SAT Classes

If there is a snow day or evening activities cancelled at school due to weather the make-up SAT classes will be as follows:

• If you miss an English class due to weather make-up will be held on Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30 p.m.
• If you miss a Math Class due to weather make-up class will be held Monday evening from 6-7:30 p.m.
• When bad weather is predicted for a Saturday we will contact students that are registered for that class the night before with the plan.
• If you plan to attend a class that you are not originally assigned to, we will not be able to call you. You MUST check the website for cancellations.

College Planning Appointments & Parent Meetings

We will be operating evening & Saturday appointments upstairs the same way regarding weather. If you are unsure of what to do please contact us. If a snow day effects your meeting time upstairs please email us that day for a reschedule of appointment.
