Raquel started New England College Planners more than thirteen years ago here on Cape Cod to address a need more pressing than ever in our present climate of ever-rising college costs and overburdened high school counseling departments: helping NECP students and their families maximize their college options and dollars. Her decades of experience with both admissions and financial aid allow Raquel to guide students in the work which can no longer be accomplished within the limits of the already packed school day: the selection of schools which match their academic aspirations as well as their families’ finances.
